Therefore, if in exceptional cases, you end up with a damaged / defective product, we certainly make room for returns at no additional cost. We recommend you to reach out to our Customer Care Service immediately for assistance before making use of the product.
The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery.
Products/Items should be UNUSED.
The Return Request will be processed for replacement / return post verification by our Sales experts.
Products must be returned to the store, in their original packaging along with the price tags, labels and invoices.
Kindly make sure that the product(s) are returned well packed, in order to avoid any further damage.
The Refund shall be processed upon receiving the receipt of the product by IQ India or its business partner. Refund will be transacted based on the mode of payment of the order
Orders paid using Credit/ Debit card will be refunded by credit back to the Credit/ Debit card within 7 working days and the refund will show in the next statement.
For rest of thepayment modes, we will issue a refund cheque. The cheque will be addressed and in favour of the "billing name"given at the time of purchase.
